- AAAnon5 days ago1.0I don’t know what this is but I need a refund to my bank card for the order today. What is THIS in my nugget? You trying to poison the elderly? My mom has LUPUS and it’s not curable. What is this? Portsmouth is known for gross incompetence but this reaches a NEW HEIGHTENED level of EW. I thought it was real chicken meat. Refund me my money because what is THIS. Quality is everything.

I never told them until I tried to call today which the person that answered the phone was rude I told her my issues and I asked for the owner she hung up on me I called back and additional two times they picked the phone up and hung it up very disappointing

I ended up sitting there for quite a while while other customers received their orders and left without any delay. I called to speak with a manager (Jade), but she showed no empathy and seemed more focused on ending the call than addressing my concerns. This level of service is not what I’m used to from Chick-fil-A, and it was very disappointing overall.

I had a taste for the Chicken Noodle Soup which I've had several times in Norfolk and it was, 'To Die For,' -but after I got it here I realized the Soup in Norfolk is much different from this location. For a minute I thought I ordered Chicken Soup instead of Chicken Noodle Soup. O'well! What can I say other than, "I am Thankful for every God blessed me with." Thanks you Chick-Fil-A for adding extra Chicken in my Soup ........ Naomi T. Turtles!
