  So maybe im spoiled with the hampton 7brew. It started off great then this location started slacking. I miss when you had people walking through the line getting the orders so line moves smoothly now it's about 50 percent of the time they do so line takes much longer. An they mess up simple orders to often for me at this location. I live 5 min from portsmouth location an honestly would rather travel to other locations rather than this one. All the staff are friendly though. An when my order is right I love the flavors and im glad they give a sweetness option on app now

  I come to this location often and the workers are SO nice and sweet. The customer service is always amazing!! But the drinks are so inconsistent. I usually get the same thing, and always a drink straight off the menu, no modifications other than maybe adding an extra shot of espresso, and the first few times I ordered it was phenomenal. But now its just been getting progressively worse each time I go. It sucks cause the workers are always great to me and I hate asking them to remake it (as a former barista, I know how irritating it can be, especially when you have a long line!) 😭

  I went here earlier this afternoon with my grandma who has a speech impediment, and has difficulty reading. This light skin girl whose name I didn’t get but I heard someone call for her and it started with an s, she had a nose piercing and her hair was up. She came to the car and was being extremely rude as soon as she approached. My grandma told her she couldn’t really see what they had and all she asked her was what’s the most popular drink, the girl instantly got irritated and rolled her eyes letting out a sigh. Overall this wasn’t a great experience and she was being insanely rude as if she didn’t want to be there.

  I had such an amazing experience at 7 Brew in Portsmouth! I ordered the Orange Sherbet Lemon Freeze, and WOW—it was absolutely delicious! 🍊🍋 It was the perfect combination of sweet, citrusy, and refreshing, and I honestly couldn’t get enough of it. It tasted like the perfect summer treat in a cup! Celi was also such a wonderful part of my visit. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and genuine customer service. You can really tell when someone cares about making customers feel welcome, and Celi definitely did that. Between the amazing drink and the great service, this was easily one of my favorite coffee runs. I’ll definitely be back for another Orange Sherbet Lemon Freeze! 🍊🍋❤️

  I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at 7 Brew in Portsmouth! From the moment I pulled up, the entire experience was absolutely incredible, but Celi truly went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. Her energy, kindness, and customer service were unmatched. She was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made me feel like more than just another customer stopping by for coffee. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Celi absolutely radiates that kind of energy. She made the entire experience feel fun, welcoming, and personal. My coffee was amazing, but the service made the experience even better! It’s rare to leave a coffee run thinking, “Wow, that was actually such a great experience,” but that’s exactly how I felt. Celi is a fantastic representation of what exceptional customer service should look like, and 7 Brew is lucky to have her on their team. I’ll absolutely be coming back—not just for the coffee, but because people like Celi make you genuinely want to return. Give this girl the recognition she deserves! ☕️❤️
