  Absolutely loved my experience at 7 Brew every time I come. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I pull up. My drink are always made perfectly, taste amazing, and come out super fast. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great service, great drinks, and an all-around fun atmosphere!

  Dude this spot is way better than the one’s Ive been in norfolk, I really dont know why theres bad reviews for this spot, customer service was on point its so good, BELLA did a great job doing that. The others are so sweet nonetheless and honestly even if they didnt ask me to leave a review I wouldve definitely done so anyways!

  Usually go to the one in Midlothian/Richmond, but was down here in the Hampton roads area visiting family. We drove here from Norfolk and went there Monday afternoon. It was a little frustrating at first because we were right under a speaker and the girl taking our order on the iPad and me and my fiancée kept having to repeat ourselves. I can tell she was getting as frustrated as us. Then we were able to move forward after the cars moved up and we could finally hear one another. At the end of the transaction, I tipped her and then we laughed about it and moved up. After we got our order taken, there was a young lady w curly hair and glasses there at the end of the drive thru. She was kind, but talked a little too much and missed our social cues to maybe chill a bit. Honestly the main reason I didn’t give all 5 stars. Plus she looked young and I didn’t have the heart to just roll the window up on her so I could just talk to my fiancé. Reminded me of DutchBros when I lived back in TX. I’m assuming they force them talk off the customers heads just like how they did there. Try not to drive away your more reserved/introverted customers; your drinks are good enough! I got a “tropic thunder” energy and my fiancé got a “Blondie” w a bunch of caramel and cold foam. Not a coffee person, but the energy was good. Went again Tuesday morning and the girl at the door/window was a bit more relaxed. She was the one who asked us to write a positive review. Got the same drinks and they were just as good as the day before. Helped for the drive back to RVA.

  Amazing drinks every time. The energy here is consistently upbeat. Everyone seems genuinely energetic and in good spirits, which makes the whole experience better. Special shout out to Jacinay. I had just gotten off work after a rough day, and her energy was next level. She was warm, engaging, and made the wait actually enjoyable instead of stressful. That kind of service stands out.

  I've been here about 4 times and the second time I went there was a little bit of a wait about 15 minutes.They had passed out other people's drinks behind me. And just kind of skipped me I only had one drink. Today, I went and I waited at the window for about 10 minutes in the same thing happened.They passed out 7 cars behind me before they moved me forward into a handicap spot.I waited for twenty five minutes before somebody brought me my 2 drinks a smoothie in a milkshake.In the smoothie was the wrong flavor which I didn't even realize until after I had pulled off.I don't know if this is an ongoing thing or if I'm just unlucky person but there was no apology, no nothing. The drinks are amazing but from my experience , the services hit or miss the other two times I went everything went smoothly and staff was friendly.Today , I think they pulled me up and just forgot about me
