  I ordered a cheese pizza. When it arrived it looked horrible. It hardly had any sauce or cheese plus it was burnt. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

  I placed my order online with the Crater Rd Pizza Hut..I got notification that my order was ready.. I got to the restaurant about 15 minutes later and my food was not ready despite the notification. I spoke to the Manager and she told me that I had to wait for them to put my bread sticks through the oven.. I advised that was not acceptable because my notification stated that the food was ready a while ago so I asked if I wait, how can you accommodate me and she said we can’t but your total is… I advised that if you can not accommodate me and my food is not ready then cancel that order. I then asked for corporate number.. she said that she can’t give it to me and I need to find it myself, so I asked for the store identification number and she refused to give it to me.. So, Pizza Hut will rather lose a good customer than to make a situation right… Make that make sense.. So screw you and I can take my funds somewhere else… if this get to corporate please take a look at my order history & not from the account but pull it up by my name or phone numbers and then you will understand the impact of losing me as a customer.

  I dont even blame the workers. Where is the health department or the actual franchise owner? My pizza was completely burned. Who appeared to be the shift manager apologized and offered to remake my pizzas. As I waited, the inside is completely dated, the floors were filthy with even a wing bone on the floor that was fossilized. The young man making the pizza was constantly playing with his phone while swinging his dreads around, no hair net mind you. He reached up several times to pull the dreads back and then back to cutting the pizzas. No handwashing nor gloves. The rap music was blasting expletive lyrics over a speaker. The young man then adjusted his ear bud and back to the food handling. The only reason I didn't demand my prepaid order be refunded was because I watched the manager prep my new order. I will not be back!

  I wish I didn't have to give even one star to a place that is always filthy, they dont answer their phone they are skimpy with the toppings even when you paid extra for them, and they dont put the garlic butter on the crust and without it the crust has no flavor!! I shouldn't always have to wait more than 30 mins when yall say it'll be 15 to 20 minutes for my order either!!!. Get it together !!! Very disappointed..
