  Went to do a door dash and the person that was behind the counter was very disrespectful... How y'all do business like that and I saw roaches tables was dirty like her mouth

  Would give a zero if possible. Manager is very rude and hung up twice while I was simply letting her know they made my pizza wrong and it was terrible. I never asked for money back or a replacement I just simply was letting them know in hopes they would want to better themselves but apparently not. Ownership has yet to reach out in regards to the situation even though when I called corporate they said it was a franchise location and someone would reach out and it’s been a month and still nothing

  I love Papa John's pizza but I won't eat at the Petersburg location again. Any time I see someone preparing pizza with no gloves or hair net & scratches their nose with their wrist im done. How do you hold a serve safe certificate doing stuff life that smh
