I have been getting discouraged every time I go to the Deli, they are never around or act like they do not want you to ask them to do any slicing of sandwich meats. The meat department is ridiculously empty half the time and when you need something they are always too busy or waiting for someone to come in. All the rest of the Food Lions I have been in Emporia and Courtland are very well stocked and willing to help. This food lion needs help badly and I am not the only one that is upset with this location in Petersburg, VA. I will be doing my shopping from now on in Courtland Food Lion!

- DBdee bMay 20, 20261.0your worker cheryl at customer service started ringing up a customer , i got in line before she closed her line she refused to ring me up then voided to customers transactions told both of us she not ringing us up mind you we both only had 3 items apiece then proceeds to act busy and push carts out the way

Some of the employees that are there are just standing there watching checkout lines and don't do anything to help people waiting on customer service. Come on Foodlion I spend the majority of my food money here but seriously reconsidering! Really REDICULOUS HOW LONG PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE WHILE STAFF STAND AROUND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY REALLY DON'T CARE WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY APPARENTLY. IVE SEEN PEOPLE LEAVE THEIR CARTS WITH FOOD IN THEM BECAUSE OF THE WAIT AND LEFT, MYSELF INCLUDED. OYR TIME MATTERS!
