  Ordered a pizza and garlic parm breadsticks and arrived only a few minutes after the tracker said ready for pick up. We got to the window and were told they had to remake our pizza and the manager would bring it out to us. I checked the tracker and the order said picked up, which it clearly wasn’t so it was obvious to us they had given our order to someone else. We sat in the parking lot for at least another 15 minutes and finally just went back through the drive thru and asked for it. It had been sitting on the shelf ready to go but the manager did not bring it out as he promised. We asked for the manager and complained again. He did give us a full refund. Thankfully, I opened the boxes before we left and saw the breadsticks had very thick and cold garlic parm “sauce” squirted all over the top of the breadsticks, not melted at all. At that point we went inside, more excuses were made, and after another 10-15 minutes we FINALLY got our order. And of course by then, our pizza was barely warm and the breadsticks had the lightest bit of garlic parm sauce. INCREDIBLY disappointed!! I’ve lived here 7 years and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Honestly, I’ve never had an experience that bad at any Papa John’s or any other pizza place. I am thankful for the refund because no part of this experience was good at all.

  I really love this Papa John’s! The pizza and bowls are always delicious, and the employees are consistently friendly, polite, and accommodating. I do wish they would offer the option to add extra ingredients to the Papa Bowls, though. Sometimes they can be a little light on the toppings, and my last bowl was missing the jalapeños I had ordered. That said, these are minor issues, and overall, I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ll definitely be back!

  ***REPLY to Papa Johns** Excuse me, I made a mistake calling it "deep dish", it was your "pan pizza", which was very similar to a deep dish pizza the 1st 2 times I ordered it. It was really good the 1st 2 times, had been a long time since we ordered Papa Johns. You are completely wrong about me ordering 2 regular pizzas!!! I still have the receipt, you are being completely dishonest right now and I will NEVER order from this establishment again. Villa Nova has much better quality food and service! What reminded me to see if you responded was my sister ordered tonight and had a bad experience. No marinara, plates, napkins, long wait times. Beware of the "deep dish" pizza they're selling for $15.99! We ordered the deep dish maybe 3 times before last night and they were so good and up to expectation. Last night, I ordered 2 more and they looked just like the regular crust pizzas. Called the store and the manager explained that the deep dish pizzas were prepackaged and they couldn't help that it had the crust of a regular crust pizza. He did offer to bake 2 more, those came out the same way! I explained that I was not paying $15.99 each for the same pizzas that I could purchase for $6.99 each with the meal deal. He offered a full refund and I accepted and got our dinner from another local restaurant. Beware of the deep dish!

  Stayed with my sister for a few weeks and we tried to order a few times. No one answered the phones whenever we called. We went into store and were ignored, it wasnt busy at all. Can't imagine why. My sister finally got a mans attention, he had curly hair. He acted like he really didnt want to be there and was pretty sour. We sat in the car and came back in to pick the pizzas up. It was a driver that gave us the order. She was very well mannered. She was very interactive and made sure we had any sauces we needed. She walked us to our car and even helped load it up. She was on her way out the door with a delivery. She was in a red suv, dont know what the vehicle was. She was the most interactive person there and i dont think she was there when we first got there. When we got back to my sisters, opened the boxes, it was super thin and felt soggy. We tried to call the store and no one answered. You could get better with a food lion pizza. We ended up throwing them out and going back out to order from dominos. Much better service and pizza. Would not recommend this particular store

  Ordered carry out. Pulled into drive thru window and got my order w/ no issues. All good experiences since I’ve moved out here
