Not even exaggerating literally every time I go there it seems like every worker there absolutely hates there life and jobs, Not only that the food and drinks are literally terrible, The only thing good Is probably the donuts, and evem those aren't that good, anytime you go in there's always a huge line, even tho the food and service is terrible people still go, there's usually always trash, One time I had a girl working there tell me they were out of something and I was like ok that's fine I'll just have the bagel, I pull up girl is literally giving me the death stare handed her my card she drops it on the ground I say it's ok, Not even a sorry just stares at me, asked for a receipt when she was done she said she'll get it Walked away and never came back to give my receipt 😐 Is it really that hard for someone to be nice at least ? You're service and food, drinks are already shit at least be nice.

Anytime I've gone, even if there's just one car ahead of me, at minimum its 10-15 minutes for a coffee and a pre-made sandwhich to be warmed up. Everything tastes the same like there's some sort of sugary film on everything and there isn't any other flavor.
