  Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Both food and coffee lukewarm at best. Serious management and training problems. Dead roach on the floor. Arguments among staff. The manager is tanking this business.

  placed an online order with my app to use my card, pulled into the drive thru like a minute after. when i got to the window i was told it would be a wait since i just placed it, no issue since it’s the same as placing in the drive thru. One of the workers inside started complaining loudly with the window open about my order just coming through. why are you complaining about an order? it’s no different than if i placed it in the drive thru mind you nobody else was in the drive thru. i also ordered a latte with extra syrup and it has literally no flavor. PS don’t order chocolate glazed online, you’ll only get frosted chocolate.

  Jasmine is great! She always helps me with my order and is extremely polite! The food and coffee is always good!

  So exactly how do you mess up coffee ?????? All you have to do is fallow simple directions , this place acutely made both order's incorrectly ! they did not remember to add the coffee at all !!!!!!! so best advise is get a new job or at least try and do your job correctly in the first place , also give your customers what they pay for not a full cup of ice with minimal drink , i pay for a large and get a basically a small this is absurd !!!!!!
