  8/15/2026...sitting at drive thru for 15 mins as the worker standing talking. One guy was in tye corner in drive thru and didn't even say a word. Ashame of whoever is tye manager here. Get better worker with customer service skills.

  Stopped because this was a 'classic' Pizza Hut, and wanted a bit of nostalgia. The decor was the only thing that lived up to the hype. There was one server for the entire dining room. The carryout cashier 'helped' by coming out to take orders, but no bussing of tables happened in the hour we were there. Several other tables complained when we received our fries as they had already been there over 30 minutes and had received no food yet. Our pizza was given to another table, sat on that table for awhile and when they finally told the server it wasn't theirs, he tried giving it to us. We decided to leave, pay for our drinks and fries. While trying to get our check, saw into the back where (presumably) the Manager is standing around, texting on her phone, no care of what was going on in the dining room. It is extremely unfortunate there was noone at this location that seemed to care about their jobs or the customers. Reviews about the lack of service at this location have been happening for quite some time, and it seems as though ownership really doesn't care at all.

  Food was good. Our waiter if im not mistaken was a manager. He was extremely nice, very customer oriented. Excellent customer service. I wish I remembered his name. Food was delicious. Thank you for a great lunch experience! I forgot to take pics of our pizzas ...

  Very slow service for only having only 12 people at 945pm in the restaurant. Server was very inattentive. Heard a bunch of carry-on and cussing in the kitchen area. Family of 6 walked out because they didn't receive all of their order at the same time.They were in the restaurant at 930pm walked out at 1025pm. I would suggest better managent or supervision.
