  As a former Pizza Hut worker I was very disappointed in several ways. 1) upon calling your facility on Lankford Highway I had to call twice because whomever answered the phone answered it as though they was answering their home phone I had to ask was this Pizza Hut? 2) I asked for a meat lovers pizza and asked if they could add pineapple they said they didn’t have any. 3) The appearance of the pizza very messy and looked as if it was made backwards with the sauce on the top of it which was stuck to lid. The only meat on it was sausage no pepperoni or any other meat. Very disappointing and we paid over $26 for it.

  First time driving on the peninsula, saw this and had to stop at a retro PH. I was so surprised to come in and see the decor and dining room looking clean and fresher than I remember in the 90s. The food was great too. Better than the PH delivery places around where we live. The r best experience and will stop here again when in town.

  Deffinantly need some attention to detail here. The food was subpar at best. Come on it's pizza not that hard. We waited 15 mins for our drinks and there was only 2 other tables in the entire place!

  I placed my order, a two topping personal pizza and breadsticks at 11:15am. I forgot to schedule a later pickup, so the food was meant to be ready at 11:30am. Which was fine. I arrived around 12:35pm on my lunch break. A few minutes go by before someone opens the window and gets my name. Honestly? Not unusual for this location. I’m used to sitting in the drive thru for upwards of 15 minutes. Over five more minutes go by and she comes back and asks what the toppings on my pizza were, says she’ll see if it’s ready. More minutes go by. Same woman comes and tells me it should be ready in about 5 minutes. The food meant to be ready for pickup at 11:30am, is now not going to be ready until after 1pm. I asked for a refund as my lunch break was over and I had not received any food. They don’t do refunds. How is it right that I paid for food that was never even made? Best they could offer was store credit. Why would I ever try to use that, why should I try and get lunch here again? Listen I work in food service, I understand lunch rushes and orders being late. It’s why I’ve never complained despite the service getting steadily worse here over the last month or so. I’m no longer convinced it’s worth it.
