- JVJitka Vasu2 days ago1.0I've tried this location three times and each time the portions are smaller compared to other locations in the area. I've pointed this out to them but they don't seem to care. It's worth the extra time to go to a different Chipotle.
- RBryam bJun 23, 20261.0This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I have ever visited. The portions are consistently unacceptable. I ordered both a burrito and a bowl online, and the portions were so small that they looked more like a kids' meal than a full-priced meal. I then visited the store in person and ordered a bowl. Even while standing in front of the employees and politely asking for a little more of certain ingredients, the portions remained extremely small. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. The employees appeared frustrated, gave unfriendly looks, and acted as if a reasonable customer request was a problem. Chipotle's CEO has publicly stated that customers should feel comfortable asking for more if portions seem inadequate. Unfortunately, the employees at this location appear to ignore that message completely. Instead of providing good customer service, they seem focused on serving the smallest portions possible while making customers feel uncomfortable for asking for fair servings. Someone from Chipotle Corporate should investigate this store. The portion sizes are far below Chipotle standards, and the customer service is equally disappointing. Locations like this damage customer trust, drive customers away, and hurt the reputation of the Chipotle brand. If Chipotle wants to understand why customers are frustrated and why confidence in the brand is declining, management should start by looking at stores like this one. Very disappointing experience.
