  Consistently extremely slow. Multiple occasions I have ordered only drinks(simple ones) and have waited for 20+ minutes

  honestly the worsttttt sonic I’ve ever encountered 😭 I try to be understanding- but when it’s visibly NOT busy and still takes half an hour to get TWO very simple drinks (a Coke and a ginger ale) from a mobile order?? Then when I finally receive said drinks, it’s obvious they’ve been sitting forever because the ice is 90%e melted. They ignore you at the drive through speaker- or if they don’t ignore you entirely they say “we’ll be right with you” and then you get left sitting for 20 mins.
