  I ordered a fish filet and a cheeseburger. I thought the drive thru line was moving pretty fast until I got to the last window and I know it was at least 4 minutes. Not once did this girl who was texting even say hi, just a minute, pull up, nothing. She didn't even acknowledge me. I worked at McDonald's growing up. I know how long it takes to cook that fish...it's like I got to the window and they made the order. But back to this girl. She was like have a nice day when she handed me my food. Not sorry for the wait, nothing. And let me address how disgusting it is to me to see you at the drive thru working and using your phone in between orders. Its just unsanitary to me. And then to be perched up back to the customer in the drive thru. I'm thinking maybe put your phone down and go see what the hold up is. How are they bringing all the orders except mine? What is the manager even doing while that drive thru is backed up??

  We were missing our daughter's drink at the drive thru and we said something, and the person working the 2nd window had an attitude and argued saying that's not what our receipt said. She called someone else over to talk to us because she didn't wanna deal with us totally ignored us rolling her eyes and ignoring us, the lady came apologizing and gave us an apple juice, the mean lady then came back and handed us our 2 happy meals after looking in it knowing we were missing another 6 piece chicken nuggets and then closed the window, we didn't leave and again she ignored us and send someone else again shaking her head, we told him that the order was wrong again and he called someone else and they corrected the order, if you don't like your job then quit cuz you sure as hell don't belong in the customer service industry. I hope you get fired.

  Only the manager seemed to be working. everyone else was just milling about, not worried about making or serving any food.

  The food was good. It was McDonalds so like all fast food these days it was not anything to write home about but it wasn't bad. My iced latte however was terrible but the manager fixed it fast and with a smile and an apology so all is well. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor playground and it was clean.
