  Waited 30 mins for a personal pan. Meanwhile all these workers are all standing around not doing anythingbc the worker and a customer got into a fight! How disgusting. They had to call a sheriff. They said they would refund us tonight. I hope so if not SOMETHING BETTER BE DONE. First and last time I’ll EVER GO THERE. Get your workers under control! EDIT: it’s been 2 WEEKS and we NEVER received our refund. It’s 8 dollars but this is ridiculous and the principle of it! You guys will be hearing from us! Because I’ve never experienced such awful service! So not only did we wait and not get pizza but THEY STILL CHARGED US! No refund is ridiculous I should have known they weren’t going to refund us.

  Grand Rising all. I went to this pizza hut 3 times the first two times I had a small white sauce chicken olives and green pepper made to perfection I came back the next week n forgot the white sauce in allergic to tomatoes but it wasn't over bearing and it was made perfect.n o issues. Third time sun 4.19.26 went again ordered white sauce same ingredients why was it so much white sauce on the pizza I could not eat it. What's the ratio of sauce added I know it gotta be a standard. Now I am reluctant to visit again the females that were working all went out of site seems like they were having more fun than paying attention to orders.my pizza took longer than 15 min. And I was disappointed. I'm a foodie and I do reviews often. Pls do better. Thanks.

  Canceled my order and didn't even tell me waited with 2 kids hungry for 2 hours since I couldn't get a hold of them. Y'all suck.

  Waited 2 hours wrong size pizza and didn't have the toppings ordered and no garlic sauce you owe me a pizza.

  Ive noticed when I order regular marinara, it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's barely any sauce, so next time I order extra. Then I have to drink the sauce off the slice. However, BBQ or Buffalo, even if I order extra , i have to lift the cheese to see if there's even any sauce at all. Every single time. Barely a smear of sauce. Very disappointing because I dearly love the flavor of pizza huts bbq sauce. If this is a standard portion control issue, please consider upping the portion size . If it's not , I ask the employees to remember the price of the sauce doesn't come out of your check. Please add a more reasonable amount.
