    Terrible costumer service, I had a new guy making my order and put at least half of protein of what they usually put wich is not a lot, so I basically eat a bean and rice burrito after I complain like 3 times about it nobody did anything and I wasn’t willing to pay extra protein to get what it should be in there in the first place. I won’t be back !

    This was a “double” meat order via online order pick up. It was about 25% portion overall of a normal bowl, with about 5 pieces of chicken total. Rice was undercooked & crunchy. Had to make another meal as this was about 200 calories worth of food.

    I had a great experience at Chipotle recently, thanks to Valeria. She was so personable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. It made the visit feel easy and enjoyable, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Highly recommend stopping by, Valeria really makes the experience better!
