My sister asked for the #1 chicken sandwich add pickles and cheese. She rang it up as a deluxe after having to ask her to repeat her order multiple times. We waited 25 minutes for our food, while everyone else got theirs before us. Once we got our food, my sisters sandwich was wrong. She had rung it up as a deluxe when we had said absolutely nothing about the deluxe meal. So i bring it back and nicely tell the lady that my sisters sandwich was wrung up wrong. The lady insisted that it was wrung up correctly instead of just apologizing and fixing it. After making her argument she “fixes” it but when we get the sandwich back ITS STILL WRONG!!! Not to mention we were charged for the deluxe meal and that’s not even what we got and they did not fix that either. I would not recommend wasting your time here, better off going to a different chic fil a nearby. 0/10 experience.

Shut it down or get a new team. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. 👍🏻
