  Literally the worst. EVERY single time without fail they forget something in my order. That’s if I order it online or in person. Most of the time it’s my ranch. Who wants Wingstop without ranch?? Plus the store is disgusting it’s never clean in there

  Once again missing items .. major part of the order. Over and over.. I wish companies would fire these managers who cannot do there jobs and run a crew. Not suprising ya'll have such a bad rating.. insane

  Only reason I left one star because you had to leave one for a review. The staff was horrible I asked for ice for my drink the worker told me no she wasn’t getting it. They were working with no gloves finger nail’s filthy, just looking unkept. It was a horrible experience I’ll never visit this location again.

  I ordered a 30 piece chicken wings from this Wingstop. I paid $55. I sat and watched them prepare my food. There was three men there none of the men had gloves on their hands. All their pants were sagging. One man was walking outside every five minutes to smoke a blunt of marijuana. One man was eating boneless chicken out of the fryer with his bare hands there was one young guy with dreads he did have gloves on, but he touched everything possible with that glove on. he touched the mop he touched the counter. He touched the screen. He touched the broom and touched the chicken. When my food was prepared, I watched one guy grab a roll of toilet paper and a toilet brush and walk to the back of the building. Then he came back out profusely sweating his clothes was dirty. My food was ready. I checked my food before I left, they didn’t include any sauces or the veggies when I checked my chicken. It was not prepared the way I placed the order I requested crispy well done chicken all flats Cajun when I pointed out the chicken was not Cajun flavored the guy asked me if “ He should sprinkle some black stuff on top of it he argue with me about preparing my chicken the right way he took it to the back which I could see and just added extra sauce on it. This is horrible customer service when you’re paying $55 for 30 pieces of chicken Wingstop needs to do better this is a Sanitation and Health hazard to all.
