Plus the wait and service was horrible. I travel for a living and Tropical Smoothie is my go to place that is always consistent, well I can't say that anymore. I was able to place my order at 329p, I should have known by the looks on peoples faces in the place that something wasn't right, but I never have any issues with Tropical smoothie so I didn't pay any mind to it until I realized 20 mins had past and the person behind me got their smoothie. I made them aware and they claimed the ticket didn't print and they would get it right out to me, so then I waited another 10mins, nothing so I politely asked for a refund, they stated they were not able to do refunds as the staff there was not authorized to do refunds. But she was making my smoothie now. Which I still ended up waiting another 5 mins. Then to get the smoothie and it was disgusting. Melted as if it had been sitting there, tasteless watered down. I am very disappointed in this location and I know there are alot of unhappy customers today. If they would have actually took their time and made the smoothie correctly and apologized for the length of time I would have been OK. I hope they get this tropical smoothie up to par as this was such a disappointment.

A young female came from the back and cursed at me and threatened to call her mother on me because I asked her to do her job. I recommend she be fired because she was disrespectful to me. The customer is awful there. Hire better staff that know how to treat people

I was excited to purchase a smoothie to end my night but when i walked in it was a complete ghost town. So i waited a bit to see if someone would help me and do my surprise nobody did. After a while I seen a dude in the back and he was bent over the counter drinking a smoothie. Once i seen him I called out saying "Hello" multiple times and he completely disregarded the invitation to come to the front and take my order. Instead he looks at me in my eyes then went back to scrolling his phone. It is completely disheartening that i didn't even get acknowledged while in this establishment.
