  You could be the only person ordering and you'll still be waiting forever. At least they are consistent with their wait times cause you are always waiting forever

  Service has been slower probably under staffed everywhere but the King wants everyone to know that the Smash burgers for $8-9 bucks are hands down good in size and flavor and beat any burger bar or restaurant. I haven't been disappointed yet in any locations I've bought one from. I wish they had smash specials but I'd probably start to get fat. Don't want that. I think their breakfast burritos are good but small for $5-7. They should sell for $3-4.

  Waited an hour for my mobile order while they prioritized the drive thru orders. Got my food cold. Terrible service.

  IF YOU WANT HAIR COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I am writing regarding an unresolved complaint tied to order #1000424365276 from April 4, 2026. During this visit, my family and I experienced a serious issue: there was hair found in our food, and we were also missing a shake from our order. Due to the contamination, we were unable to eat a significant portion of the meal. We spent over $40, and the experience was both unacceptable and concerning from a food safety standpoint. Since April 4, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including submitting complaints through your app/email system and calling customer support four separate times. Despite these efforts, there has been no resolution. UPDATE!! Still havnt heard from anyone and no refund!
