  extremely disappointed. ordered doordash OVER AN HOUR AGO. this place is only mere minutes away. our poor dasher has been sitting in the parking lot for OVER AN HOUR. what is going on with this place?! last order also took a long time and we didn’t even receive some of what we ordered. they close in 9 minutes and our dasher isn’t even on the way yet.

  Came for a vanilla shake and its just ice cream in a cup, not even blended just straight from the machine. If I wanted ice cream I would've ordered ice cream. Even worse was the time before this one, came for a vanilla milkshake, again just ice cream in the cup but they didnt even fill it. There was only about half the cup filled.

  Yall are getting just as lazy as Wendy’s with these treats, this is nothing but vanilla ice cream in a cup with a sprinkle of cookie dough chocolate chips, you could have least use the blender to really mix it up 🤦‍♂️

  Ordered online and chose a stall like the app said to and waited 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready then I pressed the red button with no answer so I tried to call the number listed with no answer then I decided to drive to the drive through with no answer there either only when I got to the window did I get to speak with someone and by then my food was already cold and my slushy had melted, actually the worst workers know to man truly a pathetic group of people with 0 care in the world words can’t describe my seething anger at this moment.
