  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Sonic. I placed my order through the app after I had already arrived and parked in one of the parking spots. The app said my order would be ready in about 10 minutes, so I pulled into a spot and waited. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but I ordered a dirty soda, which should not have taken anywhere near 30 minutes to prepare. About 15 minutes after the estimated ready time had passed, I still had not received my drink. During that time, I watched multiple people pull up, go inside to place orders, come back out, and leave while I was still sitting there waiting on my order. After about 30 minutes total, I sent my husband inside to ask what was taking so long. He told the employees that we had been waiting for my drink and gave them my name. Instead of simply handing him the drink while he was already inside, they walked right past him and brought the drink out to my car. That made absolutely no sense to me. If someone is already inside asking about an order that they've been waiting 30 minutes for, why not just hand them the order instead of walking past them and bringing it outside? At that point, I was already extremely annoyed with the wait time and how the situation was handled. Then, to make matters worse, the drink wasn't even good. I order this drink pretty often from another Sonic location, so I know how it's supposed to taste, and this one was noticeably different and not good at all. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The wait was unreasonable for a simple drink, there was no communication about the delay, the way the order was handled when we finally asked about it was frustrating, and the drink itself wasn't even made correctly. I understand that places get busy, but waiting approximately 30 minutes for a drink that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes is unacceptable.

  Over charge for or meal and the meal that came out was not mine. Then the meal was wrong and waiting 35 minutes.

  Very rude cashier no receipt,was told knowbody gets a receipt…. Why is that? Store #4570 needs some good management training and customer service training. will never recommend this store to anyone the food was not good would rather have been able to get a refund

  Checked in, waited half an hour and nobody came out. Went to the drive thru and they forgot half of my order. Absolutely awful service. Do not go to this location. You can either give me a refund, or I'll perform a charge back in 2 days when my $40 order posts. Edit: There was hair in the burger. The teens running the building didn't use hairnets or gloves. Disgusting.
