  if i could leave zero stars i would. worst sonic i’ve ever been to. waited almost an hour for an order i placed in advance. literally go anywhere else in norfolk.

  I didn't want to use the drive through so I headed inside. I waited two minutes before being acknowledged and my order taken. I get it, it's morning nobody wants to work, especially not fast food at 9 AM. I got what I thought was a pretty basic super sonic burrito. It took 12 mins for me to get my food with one or two drive through orders. Honestly, it was absolutely the most disappointing burrito I've ever had from ANY sonic around here. There was a handful of onions two jalapenos and literally three small pieces of meat. Oh, and the lightest dusting of cheese. I wish I took a picture of how disappointing it just looked, I didn't even finish it because the whole flavor was onion and the salsa I put on the burrito. Honestly I will not ever be back at this location and will actively talk trash about the food I got from this location in the future because I have a new "worst food I've ever eaten" standard.

  I would love to put no stars at all if possible. We were in the drive thru roughly 30 minutes for our order. The first lady just bought my husband and I our food and no drinks, she said she would be back. Maybe 10 minutes later, that same lady walked to her car and drove off. My husband physically went to the window and knocked to get our drinks, the lady who assisted him asked his name and got small drinks instead of large. Once we got home, I got happy to finally eat my chicken sandwich just to come see they gave us the wrong thing. I do not understand how we had to wait this long when we got there at 11:20, got the wrong order, I'm pregnant and this was a very ridiculous situation. Everybody who was there should be fired.

  Came on a saturday evening and used the app to order (as they encourage) showed up and noted which stall I was in. After THIRTY MINUTES (I was trying to give grace) i went up to window and no one was inside but I did see an employee outside playing with a baby- finally the employee playing with the infant asked me what I wanted and said I had placed online order - she told me they were prioritizing drive thru. So why are you outside on the clock playing with a baby for the past ten minutes? After she went inside and grabbed my order off the counter as it had clearly been made awhile ago and just sat there. Terrible awful service from this location. Wrote to corporate -

  After 30 minutes of waiting on our mobile order my husband went in to find out food sitting under a heat lamp. The hot food was cold and the ice cream was melted. They said they were busy and wouldn’t remake the ice cream. We love the food but the service is awful every time we go.
