- RWRobert Woolard1 day ago2.0Order 2 large pizza one thin & crispy and one stuff crust and normally this pizza hut makes the best pizza that's why I would drive from Norfolk to Va Beach to get it but this time they were horrible didn't check my pizzas b4 I left and I arrived home and opened the box I couldn't believe what I was looking at, the pizza were burnt they over cooked them, I was highly disappointed

So to my surprise when I get to my destination I see there is sausages all over my pizza smh. Called the number they said they couldn’t give me a credit so I had to go ALL THE WAY BACK to the store. No one apologized, no one compensated me for anything, & I STILL had to wait 15 minutes extra all because THEY messed up! Honestly I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they were ATLEAST APOLOGETIC but they weren’t & Im a little irritated. So I will not being going there & if anyone else does just make sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
