Very disappointed with the way the manager treated my wife today. She was there picking up an Uber Eats order and simply asked about getting the order while also needing to use the bathroom. The manager was extremely rude and kept saying, “I’m the manager, that’s why I’m wearing this shirt,” and told her that Uber Eats drivers have to stand in line because they were busy. There was no reason to speak to her that way. She was just trying to do her job and pick up an order. Being busy is understandable, but there is no excuse for being disrespectful to customers or delivery drivers. The manager’s attitude was completely unnecessary and left a really bad impression of this Pizza Hut.

I don’t get how most of the people here still have a job, the service is poor. They’re definitely rude because they know we can’t put them in their place due to us being active members.

Male cashier checking out as “Jennifer” charged me $28.99 for one large pizza after lying about deals not being available. Checked App once I got home and noticed “Triple Treat Box” ($24.99), “Big Dinner Box” ($26.99), and “Ultimate Hit Bundle” ($29.99). I could’ve gotten 2 mediums, brownies, breadsticks, cinnasticks, wings, pasta, etc. for a similar price. It’s disgusting to know that lazy service is being offered on base to those servicemen/ women. Terrible customer service and well deserved 1 star review. The carelessness and ridiculous lack of unprofessional is unfathomable.

Carry out order, via online order. The location looks great, its nice the Sailors have a place they can get pizza and a beer right off the pier. They accidentally gave me some extra green peppers and jalapenos toppings that I didn't order, but I didn't mind. (would have sucked if I didn't like those toppings). I chose not to tip in the app because it was a carry out order, and the cashier forced me to again tap no tip a second time when I picked up my order, even though I pre-paid. Gross.
