  Customer service at this location was phenomenal. I ordered online and when I arrived, I was informed that not enough wings were dropped and it would be a few extra minutes. I said it was no problem but the lady working gave me some extra wings anyway for the wait. This was so kind and much appreciated. Food was fresh and very good as well. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience I had at one of your Pizza Hut locations after placing an online order for a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza with Extra Pepperoni. Upon arriving at the store, I was initially handed a pizza that did not include the extra pepperoni that I specifically paid for. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, a second pizza was provided. However, this replacement pizza was not a stuffed crust pizza, which was a key part of my order. When I politely addressed the issue, the individual who identified himself as the manager immediately became hostile, dismissive, and argumentative. Rather than professionally explaining that the store was out of stuffed crust, he began raising his voice and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. Had the store been out of stuffed crust, that information should have been communicated before attempting to hand me an incorrect order. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake and attempting to resolve the situation, he became defensive and acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience. He then began assisting other customers while my issue remained unresolved, leaving me standing there without a solution. When I asked who the manager was, he identified himself as such. When I requested the name or contact information of someone above him, such as the district manager, he dismissively told me to “check the sign at the door.” At no point did he attempt to de-escalate the situation, apologize for the inconvenience, or provide proper customer service. To make matters worse, the individual claiming to be the manager was not even dressed in a Pizza Hut uniform. He was an older white male wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey and matching hat, which made the interaction appear even more unprofessional and disorganized. Ultimately, the manager never processed my refund. I had to contact Pizza Hut’s customer service myself to ensure that my order was properly canceled and refunded. This should never have been necessary. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. The behavior displayed by this manager was disrespectful, disgraceful, and completely inconsistent with the customer service values and standards that Pizza Hut claims to uphold. No customer should be yelled at, dismissed, or forced to chase down a refund because management refuses to properly handle a legitimate concern. I am requesting an immediate response regarding this matter. I would also like to be contacted by either the Store Manager (if this individual was not the actual manager) or the District Manager to discuss this incident and what corrective actions will be taken to ensure other customers do not experience similar treatment. I look forward to hearing from someone promptly regarding this complaint.

  Ms. A is an absolute breath of fresh air!! She spoke to us upon entering, gave a warm smile and was very cheerful in asking for a phone number. I hope she stays at this restaurant forever. LOVE her!!
