Any time I order for delivery from this specific store, it's always late. Extremely late.

Thank you, Manager Ms. Cynthia, for the amazing attention and outstanding customer service you demonstrated after my terrible experience at another Pizza Hut location on Westland Blvd. Your professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right truly made a difference. You made me feel valued as a customer, and I sincerely appreciate the way you handled the situation. Pizza Hut, you need more managers like Ms. Cynthia. Please make sure you take good care of her because employees and managers who provide this level of customer service are truly valuable. I’m definitely a returning customer, but from now on, I’ll be coming to the East Little Creek location. Thank you again, Ms. Cynthia, for your excellent service. It is truly appreciated.

I had a horrible experience at Pizza Hut. Dallas was not very inviting and acted as if I was bothering him. I was sad when I didn't see Cynthia. She has an awesome personality and it seems she cares about her customers. Dallas, please take some lessons from Cynthia. Thank you!

The manager was beyond nice. I placed my order 5 mins before they closed and she still let me order. The cook was beyond helpful. I just overall had a really good experience with this location and the people who work there
