  I ordered a pepperoni garlic epic stuffed and am sad I cheated on pizza hut. Granted that it was right before midnight and one of last orders of the night, my pizza came without any toppings. Of course, by time I got my pizza the store was closed. I called today to ask if they could remake the pizza if I showed them the picture I took. They stated since it was made yesterday that they could only refund it. So I wasted time and gas money going to the store to get a refund and when I spoke to the manager he went to proccess the refund and then stated he couldn't refund the delivery fee and I asked again if the pizza could simply be remade and he said if I asked that originally but he already submitted it as refund which I said I did ask on the phone and he relied that sometimes they just say stuff to get people off the phone. Even if the pizza didn't have toppings it tasted like it beed sitting on counter for an hour before I had ordered like I got someone else's order they didn't pick up. I don't even think the crust was right cause it tasted cheesy and not garlic. I just wanted to try this pizza just once and I'm sorry to pizza hut for being curious. At least they know how to remake a pizza or give me a full refund.

  I'm disappointed in the way my pizza looked that I just picked up today. I ordered the works "pan" pizza and this is what it looks like. When asked why it looks like that, why can I see all this sauce...."because it's pan pizza".
