  I visited a McDonald's location in Virginia and asked to use the restroom. The employee initially refused. When I politely asked again, the employee pointed directly at me and said “you, no.” This made it feel like I was being singled out personally, rather than a general policy being applied. I understand that some locations may have a “customers only” policy. However, the employee did not explain any policy and instead denied me in a way that felt directed specifically at me. Being pointed at and spoken to in that manner was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expect your staff to treat customers with fairness and respect. I would like this incident to be reviewed and would appreciate a follow-up regarding what actions will be taken. 04/27/2026 At around PM 10:33

  Great people here but they removed the soda area and now we can't mix drinks anymore or get refills. Rarely mess up the orders as of this review.
