  Really, really nice guy at the window. However, my whole order was wrong and/or inedible. I ordered a quarter pounder with ketchup/cheese only, a large combo, with a coke without ice and extra 4 piece nugget for my dog. I received a greasy soaking wet quarter pounder covered in mustard with cheese, greasy/soggy fries that were not even cooked fully (just dropped, got hot, and picked up quickly), and a Diet coke with ice. At least the nuggets are here? $14 of my money just to not even attempt to provide the promised service/goods is insane. I genuinely can't wait to move back to Georgia. This place is wild. Update: Upon further inspection.. I was going to just deal and at least eat the burger, but it was also not cooked properly! It was still pink throughout! $14 and all I got was a few bites of greasy/undercooked fries and a single bite of an soaking wet/greasy undercooked burger. That is outrageous and I really wish I could get my money back because I have basically been robbed. The fact I see so many complaints on here about this just goes to show that complacency is king when it comes to this franchise as well. So the community should just take notes and stop going here entirely.

  The staff here are the worst. They see you standing at the counter and looks at you and keeps walking, running their mouths, meanwhile you still waiting 10 minutes pass by then say can I help you. I have seen alot of ppl upset and walk out, demanding their money back. They need to shut that one down. Alot of homeless ppl outside the door asking for change. It's just sad with the staff no customer service at all.

  Placed our breakfast order at 10:25. When we arrived at 10:30 the drive through was blocked by a truck. When we arrived at the window we were told our breakfast was unavailable because the app was “on a timer”

  They gave expired apple slices to my 8 y/o son, I got a double quarter pounder and the bun was stale as a brick. Disgusting, shameful, incompetent.

  I wasn’t going to write anything, but after reading the reviews and seeing that the same issue happened two years ago, I feel I have to speak up. On March 24, 2026, the burgers were raw inside. The big arch and the bacon quarter pounder… I had already eaten a small portion, and it made me ill for a week. After I complained, the manager was nice, replaced the burgers with new ones, and even gave me extra French fries. However, this should never happen. It completely ruined my image of what McDonald’s should be. I used to love it, but now when I see the sign, all I can think of is raw meat and getting sick.
