  Of all the McDonalds in all the world, it takes a special effort to be the worst. Building a second lane just made everything even slower. The staff is undertrained and rude.

  Cold food, 1 hour wait, and for some reason they locked all the doors at 10pm an hour before closing. It was terrifying. We had to beg them to let us leave and they treated it like an imposition. I thought I was in a Black Mirror or Twilight Zone episode and was tempted to call the cops or fire department. I should have.

  Just had our order delivered and once again items were missing, the apple juice and apple slices, for the Happy Meal were missing. The bag was taped shut, so not opened or stolen by the delivery driver. This has happened multiple times, and I can't understand how hard it is to read a ticket, and make sure all items are in the bag??

  First time visiting this location and the customer service was terrible and non existent. I ordered with my significant other and they had us waiting at the register for over 30mins. No one came up to the front so we had to yell to get someone's attention 🙄. Then with that they still didn't wait on is right away. We were trying to pay for our order. This experience was absolutely atrocious and highly disappointing for a gorgeous looking location and nice atmosphere but that doesn't matter if the employees and management are terrible at being decent human beings. I will never stop back here. No wonder fast food is dying! Because of experiences like this. Atleast the food was made well. Thank you

  Mid fifties blonde manager shouldn't work in customer service. Handed me a fork and knife to eat my sundae with. I asked for a spoon politely and she told me "I already gave you silverware". I said yea, but you gave me a knife and fork. She rolled her eyes and said "well, we don't HAVE spoons".... Im sorry? I don't know who peed in her cheerios, but there is no need for a nasty attitude when I asked a simple question. When I said "Well, can I just get a refund on the ice cream and get a diet coke instead?" she rolled her eyes AGAIN. Im sorry that I dont want to pay 4 dollars to eat ice cream with a fork, god forbid. Not to mention, I paid extra for the ramune fries and received the bag for the shaker fries, but no seasoning and normal salted fries. Prices are getting too high to be acting like this.
