The worst McDonalds in the entire country! The entire staff worked with their eyes closed. Our order was completely wrong from beginning to end! The franchise owner should be shut down by McDonald corporate offices. Absolutely no pride at this McDonald’s and the entire staff should be fired. I fed my order to the birds. Don’t trust this location, they suck bad!

Every breakfast there is no people attending the drive thru to get orders. If there is they really do take their time what ever they doing inside.

This is the worst McDonalds ive ever been to in my life, I never leave reviews but every single time I go there im waiting 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through day or night. The food is always cold and old. Id rather just drive farther to another McDonalds than go to this one

This location is normally fine, it's a standard McDonalds. Today was ridiculous. I arrived at like 10:10am, which is not an unreasonable time to get in the drivethru for breakfast, plus there were only like two cars ahead of me at the speaker. Well apparently they were short staffed this morning and by the time I realized they were moving slow, I was already trapped in the drive thru. I was there for like 20 minutes before I even got to the speaker to tell them my order code from the app. And by that point they told me breakfast was over and they were doing lunch and that they had to cancel my order because they couldnt fulfill it.
I do understand that things happen, but every part of this was just a failure that resulted in me wasting my time and honestly a bunch of other people wasting their time, too. I mostly blame the fact that they clearly did not plan well, by making sure there was more than enough staff for a weekend shift that was absolutely going to be busy in case someone called out. I also blame the app for not accurately reflecting the limits of the location, which seems like it must not allow staff to close mobile ordering when they cant manage it. But while I also get that even if you try to plan perfectly, stuff happens, do I do feel that in the future, the staff needs to put out a sign in the drivethru if they are short staffed and let people know they are gonna have to tack on 15-20 minutes to their wait time before they even waste their time sitting in the drivethru or get trapped in the drivethru like I did, so they dont have to wait to get to the speaker to find that out. Especially around breakfast time where that extra wait is going to mean people cant get the food they are waiting for.
