    The whole fast gimmick must not exist at this location. Every time I come here I am waiting forever no matter what's going on. I waited 10 minutes today for 2 cold sandwiches. Only had 2 orders ahead of me but apparently gone are the days of making cold sandwiches when you can stare at an oven and do nothing. No other location I frequent has these issues. I assume management here is just garbage.

    The worker was so nice and accommodating to my allergy, she told me exactly how she was making my sandwich safely and did it with a smile on her face! Thank you!

    This Jimmy Jones is trash. The corporate of Jimmy John. Should take this Jimmy John the bag I will never go to it actually will never go to another Jimmy John's again?

    Out of the other local Jimmy John's locations I've been to, the quality control at this location is barely half of the others. I ordered in the morning with my family, so it was unlikely to have been an issue with "low stock" that soon. The contents in our sandwiches were not even half of what is usually put in our sandwiches elsewhere. Had I known how this location portions out what they sell, I would have opted for a regular instead of a giant at the least, and driven to another location at best; at least I would have gotten my money's worth elsewhere, gas money included. Whether it has to do with staff or management, maybe things will change soon. But as of now I would definitely recommend choosing a different location for anyones sandwich-consuming convenience.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to ask for a refund since the food was disgusting. I just wanted a gift card so I could spend it in the future. I ordered a tuna salad sub. Not sure when tuna salad consisted of barely any tuna, no mayo, large pieces of onions and celery. Also, the after taste was extremely fishy. Manager said it doesn’t come with mayo. I stated it does I just ordered one from a different location. She proceeded to tell me she wasn’t giving my money back. After she hung up on me I called back and the phone rang for a while. I asked for an area manager or district managers number. She pretended she wasn’t her and then handed off the phone to someone else. That person proceeded to tell me the manager wasn’t there and they could not assist me with someone above the manager of that location. So I was out $13 and didn’t get to eat lunch. Again, didn’t even want cash back. I just wanted a gift card worth the same amount. Yes I was upset. Yes I was getting loud. I apologize and do take responsibility for that. But come on now, you are gonna tell me this looks good?!? I will stick to the Town Center location moving forward.
