Called corporate and still nothing. My friends and myself spend money on orders all the time, just to be treated like this. But I'll sue for my money and more for the inconvenience

I waited 10 minutes today for 2 cold sandwiches. Only had 2 orders ahead of me but apparently gone are the days of making cold sandwiches when you can stare at an oven and do nothing. No other location I frequent has these issues. I assume management here is just garbage.
