  Had to repeat my order twice and during the process they started to give attitude towards me when they couldn’t put the order in and when I dropped my wife’s sub off they marked the sandwiches wrong

  I can't really complain about this location. I've always had friendly service. Only once did I feel like the food quality was off and the issue was appropriately fixed. The portions have been consistent with other locations, so really no complaint there .I feel bad that a lot of people drag them on delivery and portion size. COVID changed a lot for many fast food and dine in locations. Have some patience for delivery and order ahead. One delivery driver during peak lunch hours is bound to slow things down. Not everyone needs napkins/utensils and many businesses now require you to ask for it because the price of paper products have gone up. If your food prepared was not to your liking, just call them. Better to communicate the issues privately than blast them online for a very human mistake. Keep it up, JJ on 21st! Y'all are doing great.

  Y'all charge way too much money for what you're selling. I got three pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese on an 8-in piece of bread that was frozen before you served it to me. It was cooked from Frozen. This place does not deserve anything over one star even if they had the kindest nicest people in the world and they're like. Let me pay for your meal. Still one star. Was the sandwich good? Yes I'm not going to lie. I really enjoyed my sandwich. It was delicious. I loved it but the price doesn't. Allow this place to be ranked anything other than one star. Sorry. Jimmy John's do something about your prices or give us more meat and cheese on our sandwiches that we pay $20 for an 8-in four when you can take yourself to Harris teeter and get a whole footlong sub for like 12 bucks Harris teeters taste better too

  Perfect! I dont live near a JJ. Visiting Norfolk for work and this place satisfied my craving.

  Vegan & Gluten Free options are limited. I caved & had a vegetarian wrap. Do recommend. Staff were helpful, enthusiastic and professional! The app = great deals
