- CCCariSep 15, 20265.0I went in this evening and just wanted a fountain soda. The two workers working tonight (Adriana and T) were AMAZING!! So kind!

- SSSaraJul 18, 20261.0"Manager" Amy is an absolute terrible employee. As someone who works in restaurant management I kinda know what genuine customer service feels and sounds like. This manager made me feel like such a burden. The only information she would provide was that "well sweetheart, we literally just dont have your order." I called another Norfolk area location where the manager there explained that after 8pm they use 3rd party delivery service and that sometimes the order can get lost. She was kind and informative, without having an attitude. JIMMY JOHN'S, do better before hiring management. They are literally losing you customers by the way they handle errors/mistakes. Im totally okay with the order being lost, things happen-I get it. But the way this woman made me feel was unacceptable.
