  I know it's difficult to ship milk in the summertime with tractor trailers to the grocery shelves. 20% of my milk usually wasted.

  This Food Lion has superior food and presentation compared to other Food Lions! The ladies working in the deli are great! But the rest of the people working in the store not so much! If you ask for help they will act as if you are bothering them! Their demeanor makes them unapproachable and I have to contemplate whether or not I want to go in there and take a chance with getting a nasty attitude even though I'm always friendly and speak don't expect the same back! There are a couple females at the self checkout who have a good attitude though!

  WARNING: Do not buy Western Union money orders at this location! I paid $1,000, and their machine printed the money order with completely faint and illegible ink. I immediately brought the issue to the store manager and CSR, but they flat-out refused to void the transaction or provide a refund. This store took $1,000 of my hard-earned money, handed me a defective and essentially unusable money order, and left me facing a serious financial crisis. This was an urgent payment, and their refusal to take responsibility for a problem caused by their own equipment has created unnecessary stress and hardship. Food Lion corporate needs to step in immediately, inspect and fix the equipment, and address how this management team handled the situation. Customers should not be left dealing with the financial consequences of a defective money order caused by the store's equipment. Completely unacceptable. $1,000 is a lot of money to a customer. This should have been taken seriously from the moment I reported the problem. Unacceptable.

  I'm not sure what his name was, but the nice man of the sushi counter around 5:00 p.m. today handmade my roll when I found out that it wasn't still in stock for the day. It was incredibly kind of him, it made my day. I had no cash to tip unfortunately but just wanted to shout out him. Thank you so much!
