  One out of two large fried chicken orders was mishandled and unfulfilled. The manager did not care nor provided a solution/accommodation. Just gave an excuse that ‘they didn’t know’ and ‘were not aware’. The problem is that your store did know that I had an order because I spoke with someone in the morning that confirmed my name and order when I called to make an adjustment to it. So what you should do is take accountability. I would also suggest more organization and professionalism when accepting orders because writing the order on construction paper with a marker and sticking it on a wall isn’t it. There should be a better way to track orders. Thank you.

  First of all, I want to say I did an order here for my daughter baby shower. I got chicken a fruit tray and cupcakes and everything was perfect. Delicious chicken was hot cupcakes were good and from now on I’m only ordering for them.
