- AVAlexa Venichio1 day ago1.0I go to school at the campus next to Dunkin’ Donuts and they’re only accepting cash all the time. Their drive-through screen has been broken on and off for like three months. I just don’t understand how nothing works or if they’re just saying they only take cash cause they don’t wanna make orders. It has been broken 10 times in the past 3 months. Do better.

She got her coffee and took a sip. She yelled who made this coffee? The person that made it said I did. She said this coffee is just the way I like it and gave him a tip. My coffee is always great from this location. I truly appreciate the staff and their attention to detail, in addition to the way they treat their customers.

However, my experience this past Sunday was very frustrating. When I went through the drive-thru, the person taking my order sounded very unprofessional and as though they didn’t want to be there. I simply asked if they had added the whipped cream I requested, and instead of answering my question, I was told, “You can pull around.” I asked again and didn’t even get a response. When I got to the window, I was left waiting for quite a while, even though I was the only person in the drive-thru. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but when you come to the same place almost every day, you expect at least basic communication and courtesy. I’m not expecting anything special, but being ignored and having someone communicate with me as though I was bothering them was disappointing. Hopefully management can address the customer service because I would like to continue coming here, but experiences like this are frustrating.
