- TRtyler robertsApr 23, 20262.0I don't know who was working the drive-thru but she needs to work on her attitude and tone if she wants to work in the customer service industry. I decided to grab a coffee and breakfast since I was early heading into work and the lady basically had an attitude because I was taking a moment to look over the menu. I also got a bacon egg and cheese and on the menu it shows that it comes on a bagel so when she asked what bread I wanted and I said a bagel she seemed irritated. I am a service member working close by and barely ever stop at a coffee shop so having my first experience in a while of someone having an attitude when I do finally decide to stop for a coffee isn't great. I will not be stopping by again, the other staff seemed friendly but nobody corrected her tone or behavior.

Donate sister i don't know her name is Always on top of her game when it comes too me and my order she knows my drink and what I order in spite of others she Serves. She top notch. - SHSamantha HarrisonApr 6, 20265.0I have recently been hooked on your chocolate frosted doughnuts a friend brought me one and now I find myself thinking about them 🤣 I did a review on the reciept but I feel as if the lady who works the drive thru in the mornings deserves public praise too! She is so patient when I cant see the board well or think of what Im trying to order. She never forgets the napkins and always welcomes you with the best smile. She is kind and hardworking. Love her!

I gave an extra star for service for the lady that helped she was nice. Other than that do better. Never coming back to that Dunkin. The one by ODU is much better.
