  I haven't been to a DD in YEARS! The counter person waiting on me was definitely in need of some customer service. It could be safe was having a bad morning, but don't project that into the customer. The store itself was nice... Appeared clean and modern. The iced coffee was delightful. The breakfast wraps were ok. Overall, I'll certainly get the meal deal again. To the staff person... ... Just hang on love... It's going to get better.

  Worst dunking i ever buy food from! The I repeat my order like 6 times and when i pull up to the window the lady give me only 1 drink when I clearly order 3 and just told me to go around when clearly is her mistake not mine! Worse part is their phone number to call doesn’t work!! I wish i could give them 0 stars!!

  Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin' today. My daughter and I arrived right at 5am when they opened because we were excited for the iced coffee bucket release that was supposed to happen today. We understand things can sell out or shipments can be delayed, but the issue was the employee’s attitude. The woman taking our order said she “doesn’t understand why people are going crazy over the buckets,” called customers buying them “crazy,” and even said that if they got them in, she would take them herself and resell them online for profit. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing after making the effort to be there at opening. Customers shouldn’t be mocked for being excited about a promotion.
