  I come every day and I finally got to ask the girl her name , her name is Rayonna she is very professional very patient when you need time and she move very quick. Every time I come she’s always jolly and happy smile on her face like she wants to work no matter how early it is and always make sure my order is correct. I know I can count on her to make my day . We need more like her

  The donuts were fresh and good. The place is new and smells new and good. But big downside.... The people working there clearly dislike what they are doing. I wanted to order more donuts after my friends texted me she wanted some too and they ignored me for about 5min... Despite the fact that there was NOBODY else there. I was the only costumer!

  TLDR: If you tried them when they first opened, and didn’t like it, give them a chance again. I stuck with them and they have gotten better with some things. Drinks have improved drastically, food is still a growth point. Overall I’m very pleased with this Dunkin now. To be honest, there were issues when they first opened, growing pains that were obvious with poor drink orders or under trained staff along with staff that seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. In those months, I’ve continued to give this Dunkin a chance because the service has improved every single time even if on occasion my drink is a little inconsistent. But I would say even that has improved drastically. I really enjoy making this stop as part of my weekly routine, even if I just go once. And make sure you tip the workers! They be flying most mornings (esp when I messed up and woke up late but still felt the undeniable pull for coffee), and they are kind and patient people just trying to make a living, in my experience, and they have always had my order ready quick and have always remade with care if needed (which only happened twice when they first opened — again growing pains). My only gripe? I am weary of ordering food here still since that seems to still be a growth point for them (I.e. unmelted cheese, wrong food order), if I’m in a hurry and need to eat, I say a prayer. But even that is like 60/40 split of right to wrong. Like I said, growth point. Give it another try, and get their cold brew! So good with a little cream and flavor :)

  Very nice staff, very observant and friendly. I was walking up to pick up my in store pickup order and the lady in the drive through said “I can take you right here if you have places an order already” and it was very nice of her to ask. I don’t know her name specifically, but it was earlier this morning around 10:00-10:30 range. Whoever she was, she definitely deserves some praise and/or a raise! Very wacky parking lot design but can’t complain about any of the workers or the environment they set.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was extremely rude unprofessional and used profanity. I was charged 12.62 for a drink that I didn’t receive. I was told my order which did not equal 12.62 was cancelled when I showed staff my phone where the applepay went through shift lead was very argumentative stating a receipt didn’t print I must of took it. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional as well issue not resolved.
