  Their donuts were fresh, other locations not so much. They also prepared my drink correctly, again not so much like other locations!

  Usually never have issues, but today was different. There was a different young lady at the drive through. I ordered my coffee which does not come with any kind of nut syrup, didn’t ask for any additional nut syrups but for some reason they added hazelnut syrup to my coffee. I have a severe tree nut allergy, had I not been paying attention and reading the label the of cup I could have and would have gone into anaphylaxis’s. That’s just unacceptable.

  Came into the store this past Sunday a little after 11:30. The young lady, Rae, at the register said, “How can I help you?” in a very sarcastic tone. I said we just needed a minute to look over the menu. Right after that, her attitude immediately changed for the worse. She responded with, “Jesus Christ, I don’t have until noon for you to decide.” We had literally just walked in and hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu yet. She then walked away muttering things under her breath, grabbed her register drawer, and left the area entirely. I have honestly never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I spoke with the manager on the phone today, but unfortunately that also felt like a lost cause. I would skip this location altogether and go to another one instead.

  I'm a person that do not complain. But this place is the absolute worst. First the parking is very small and only one side of street is available. You have to walk through the flower bed to even get to the door. Please use a card because when you come at 11 o'clock in the morning they couldn't break a 50 dollar bill when the order totaled only 20. The manager was very rude. No need a that early Sunday morning. Would not recommend until some changes happen.

  I did a mobile order and when I got there they gave me my drink wrong and insisted it was correct and then I realized as I drove off that the donuts I got were also wrong. They don't seem to have anything in order or seem to know what they're even doing. I've been up since the crack of dawn the last thing I want to have to deal with is that.
