I ordered 2 medium pizzas HANDTOSSED. They were very thin crusted. I called back spoke with the manager he said the thick crust is HANDTOSSED. I said sir thats what I ordered but thats not what I got. He keep going back and forth never said anything to accommodate they wrong doing. I will never ever go here again. I have order the same thing so many times my order was still in my phone. Dont deserve no stars at all.

So this is starting to become a trend the customer suffers because ya.ll can't staff your business correctly. Why is it i can't get domino's delivered on a Thursday night? This seems to be a trend in businesses and its lame that your problems are becoming our problems. As the consumer please tell me what I can do different to be able to get the food service you offer. BTW the employee hung up on me at this location and I will be contacting corporate the moment they open. Wrong person wrong time homie on my birthday when I was hungry and ya.ll are open you couldn't fulfill your services offered. I.ve never been anywhere where domino's can't deliver. Thanks but no thanks. Good luck with all the paperwork. I got time

So far it’s been 3 hours since I placed my order, it took two hours to say that there was a driver on the way- and now it’s saying they won’t be here for another hour. The store is not answering the phone. Do not recommend whatsoever and imma need that full refund

This was one of the most frustrating curbside pickup experiences I've had. I placed my order online, and when I arrived, the app showed that my pizza had been ready since 12:42 PM about 15 minutes before I got there. I checked in for curbside as instructed and waited. After sitting outside for about 10–15 minutes with no one bringing out my order, I called the store. The employee answered and said, "Yeah, it's ready, but I can't bring it out right now because I'm the only one in here," and then hung up. What I don't understand is that there were no customers inside the store, no line, and no cars waiting outside. I even watched two customers walk in, get their orders within a few minutes, and leave while I continued sitting outside waiting. If the store was empty, what was preventing someone from taking 20 seconds to walk my order out? Even if the store was too short-staffed to offer curbside at that moment, there should have been some communication. The app showed that I had checked in. A simple phone call saying, "We're unable to do curbside right now. Would you mind coming inside?" would have solved the problem. Instead, I was left sitting outside with no explanation until I finally called myself. If I hadn't called, I have no idea how much longer I would have been waiting. The whole point of curbside is that some customers either don't want to or aren't able to come inside. The store has no way of knowing why someone chose curbside, so simply leaving a customer outside with no communication isn't acceptable. If curbside service can't be provided because of staffing, then disable the curbside option until it can be. Don't leave customers waiting indefinitely with no communication. The lack of customer service and the dismissive way my phone call was handled were extremely disappointing.
