When I got to the window, they told me I am required to come inside and wouldn’t give me my order. I struggle with walking which is why I go through the drive through. Plus, the handicap parking spots were full. They refused to give me my order and required me to come inside. Once I eventually got into the store I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to speak to me or give me my order. It wasn’t as if I arrived early or anything. I arrived right when my order said it was going to be ready, waited in a long drive through line, all for nothing. This experience was completely unacceptable. The staff was rude, unaccommodating, and slow. I will never come to this Dairy Queen again.
