  I just had the worst chipotle experience ever. Everything was going smooth until I reached the end of the throughput and asked for vinaigrette. I was given the smallest cup of vinaigrette I’ve ever seen. It was 1/10 of the usual cup. I asked for more and the Employee who had originally given me the 1st cup stated, “ We don’t have anymore. That’s all you get.” If it weren’t for the very kind Employee at the cash register, that would be that. She advocated on my behalf and he came back with a second fuller cup (about 1/5th the size of the normal cup). The first rude employee complained to the kind employee that, “ He already got a free meal (my points I saved up from prior non-free orders). We can’t give him all the vinaigrette too.” He then turned to me and said, “now that’s really all you get.” I’m genuinely so confused as to why he’s so guarded about the vinaigrette. All the same, I will NEVER be going to that chipotle again.

  Lady working today, old lady kind of tall. Begging “after all I did for you, you couldn’t leave a tip” then she is going to say “oh he ain’t got it”. That’s rude as hell to say to someone, especially when they have money. Customer is alright and I think she does not know that. Women at register, she has a face piercing tried to save her face. Then old lady tried to give me small portions when I asked for double protein, I’m clearly going to pay for it. Then she makes the bowl sloppy. That has to be corrected

  I have a pretty high threshold for service industry issues. I try to be patient, I do not like complaining, and I really do not want to be that person writing a bad review. But at this point, I think it’s time to say something because this location has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. There is never any indication that a shift lead or manager is actually running the store. Every visit feels like inefficient, disorganized chaos, and the customer experience seems like an afterthought. If you place a pickup order, one of two things usually happens: either your order is ready 15 to 20 minutes after the promised time, or it was made too early and has been sitting on the counter getting cold. There have been multiple times when I arrived at my promised pickup time and still stood there watching six or seven people order in line and get their food before me. The portion sizes are also terrible, which I know other reviews have already mentioned. Prices have gone up, but now you are barely getting half a scoop of guac. The attitude and inefficiency of the staff is honestly the most frustrating part. Why are there three to four people in the back handling pickup orders, one person on the front line, and no one actually checking whether the pickup orders being placed on the counter belong to customers who are already standing there? People are just walking by, staring at orders, and no one is communicating. Tonight was what finally pushed me to write this review. I arrived during my promised pickup window and waited about 10 additional minutes. During that time, three different employees walked back and forth between the back and the front. The one employee working the front line made around five orders for customers who came in after me. Eventually, I politely stopped one of the employees walking back and forth and said, “Excuse me, can you please check if my order is ready?” She whipped her head around with the biggest attitude, as if I had screamed at her or said something rude. Just because this location is in a prime spot on Colley Avenue does not mean the service can be this bad. At this point, I would rather order from Tacos Y Tequila for better quality food and a better experience.
