  Waited in line for 10/15 minutes only to be told that they were out of chicken because they completed several catering orders prior and the chicken that is remaining in the store has to be served to the mobile pick up order. As a manager if you knew your supply was low why wouldn’t you arrange something ahead of time so that you don’t have 5/6 customers walking out within 5 minutes of each other because of no chicken. Some of us don’t eat red meat ! While we are in the store your telling your rep stop chicken give it to mobile order and your gonna go to another store to get chicken. That should have been thought of prior to ! Then forcing someone who originally wanted chicken to get a different meat and not compensating the difference of what they actually wanted. I wanted chicken forced to get steak have to pay full price for steak. I just left because i wanted chicken and my spouse wanted have and half and couldn’t be accommodated.

  This place is terrible. It was dirty, the staff was rude, and the overall vibe was that of a poorly managed, low-class dive. We almost witnessed two accidents in the parking lot before we even entered. Every table was dirty when we arrived, and no one was actively cleaning them for incoming guests. The restroom was disgusting, and the drink station was no better. The staff was also rude. Apparently, I was the only person who knew that you could order a quesadilla at the counter—even though the quesadilla press was five feet away. Both food-preparation stations were filthy, and the staff simply ignored the mess. I rarely eat at Chipotle, but my son wanted it for some reason. I’m glad this was my first and last visit to this location. The general manager should be ashamed of how poorly this restaurant is being run.

  Unfortunately, this has been the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. I order at this location because it’s convenient but, it’s not worth it anymore. My online orders are often incorrect. . They are always short staffed and the staff they do have, are rude and not welcoming. I would just avoid this chipotle at all costs. I ordered 3 chicken tacos and got 3 empty tortillas with some of the toppings on the side. I took it back in and asked them to remake it and they remade the tacos but forgot the chicken. Third time they finally got it right after speaking with the manager.

  Great food, with smells already wafting from the parking lot. The service was exceptional from the people serving the food to the cashier. They really made you feel like you were getting at least your bang for you buck. Not stingy like some other locations. 😊 My new place to go for Chipotle cravings.
