  I went in here with a HANKERING for a steak burrito (that ONLY chipotle can do right) and buddy, they didn't disappoint AT ALL. the service was WONDERFUL. the food was everything I e come to expect from a chipotle. Y'all. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you to the staff.

  I eat at chipotle 5 times a week at several different locations across Virginia but this location has to be the slowest and most rude out of all. 12 ppl in front of me and the wait was 42 minutes. 1 cook 1 person taking orders and 1 person working the to go orders. The fastest I have got my food here was 15 minutes and was only 4 ppl in front of me.

  Came on a Sunday around 1 in the afternoon and they had a sign on the door saying online orders only but yet have about 6 people in the back working. It’s such an inconvenience… I really don’t understand. Management should be ashamed, if they are short staff management needs to step up.

  This place doesn't deserve even a single star. The food is good, but the service? It’s horrible—repugnant. They have no manners; they treat each other terribly, and worst of all, they treat customers the same way. Everything is filthy—absolutely filthy—from the entrance to the food service area. It’s truly disappointing. I came back today after stopping visits a few months ago due to the poor service and lack of cleanliness; I thought things might have improved, but the current staff is even worse than the ones who served me back then. I don't understand how this place is still open with such terrible management. Whoever the manager is—with all due respect—lacks decency and has no clue what they're doing; I don't know why the department doesn't do anything about it. I look at the reviews, and the person responding to them is the worst also; they keep saying things will improve, but months go by and it stays the same or gets worse. The place only stays open because people like the food and—for many—because they don't want to drive so far to go somewhere else; but the service? Nobody likes that and they don't do anything about it. We waited almost 20 minutes for a queso, just queso, and the girl at the register treated us with a bad attitude the whole time. She aggressively shoved the chips into the bag, acting all full of attitude.

  I was highly disappointed in this location. The meal prep area for hot and cold food was not appealing because food was everywhere and it looked liked it had not been kept up. The workers were not friendly and it appeared they were out of food. They had the cashier preparing meals and ringing up orders which appeared like they were not changing gloves. This will be the last time I go to this location.
