  Received old, dry, cold food. The meat tasted very old and was clearly not cooked the same day. It seemed like it may have been left over from the night before. It's disappointing that the restaurant appears to think customers can't tell the difference between fresh food and food that has been sitting for far too long or from the day before. The portions were also extremely disappointing. One rice bowl was filled to the top with rice but had less than half a spoonful of meat. The taco was loaded with toppings but contained barely any meat at all. The meat in everything I ordered had been chopped into such tiny pieces that it was no longer chunks of chicken—it looked more like shredded scraps. I don't know if the manager or owner knows this , if your employees don't want to work they should stay home instead of serving old dry food and poor service get rid of them and hire people who take pride in what they do.

  I'll never set foot in the place again. For whatever reason, this location no longer places the online orders on the shelves to grab and go. It's like entering a bar room brawl trying to pick up the order. They keep them behind the serving line with no one attending to customers there to pick them up. Finally, we were able to communicate our desire to pick up our order after about 40 minutes. The "music" is so loud that it's very difficult to communicate with the staff, which does not help. I'm done with the place.

  Nobody’s answering and I’m trying to make sure the dasher is told you press confirm, the phone got completely ignored. Someone could’ve easily stole my food.

  I arrived to pick up an online order and asked for a water cup to accompany my meal. The clerk initially told me they were out of water cups, but that I could purchase a standard beverage cup instead. After I persisted, the clerk finally went to the back, found a new pack of water cups, and gave me one. As a paying customer who just made a large purchase, I find this service unacceptable. I understand withholding complimentary cups from non-customers walking in off the street, but staff should not be too lazy to check the back for supplies to accommodate a regular order.
