The sandwich was decent, though I expected a little more honey drizzle to balance the flavors. Overall, it was fine, but not something I'd go out of my way to order again. That said, the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom, and there were no sticky floors, which I always appreciate. Let's be honest…if you're looking for authentic pimento cheese, Chick-fil-A probably isn't where you're going. And if you want the real deal, it's easy enough to make your own at home. But if you're craving a fast-food cheat meal, the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich is a decent change from the usual burger. It's not amazing, but it's worth trying once.

So I went into the store the next day.... i first spoke to a young lady manager who was shocked and said she was going to handle it.... then I watched her walk over to a table full of managers and employees.... so I proceeded to explain what happened and the same lady who hung up on me was at the table and she AGAIN told me that it there was nothing she could do because I used DOOR DASH..I didn't order thru doordash... I ordered thru their app.... sooo she the proceed to walk away from the table and go behind the counter. I asked her several times for 4 brownies and 4 cookies and the fruit cup and mac and cheese and she utterly refused......So then I started to video tape her so I could identify her to corporate offices.... she then came at me full speed and said I wasnt allowed to record her and she tried to physically assault me....i have the video!!!!... she and other managers then called norfolk police on me and my 13yr old daughter... this was at 3pm in the afternoon.... So I stood outside the store and waited for the police.and I told EVERY CUSTOMER I could how they treated us.... Is this a.policy of chick fil a to call the police on.a customer for video taping her ot was it because I was complaining???.. Seriously we.did nothing wrong So the police finally showed up after about 45 minutes and when they did i was asked to leave the property completely... The officer watched the video and told the manager that she couldn't touch people and that YES WE ARE ALLOWED TO FILM her... so I have all the videos of her and the managers and also the police arriving and talking with us.... Just beware people because if you spend your hard earned money and order food for your family and dont get what you are supposed then they call police on you... I am not letting this go....i am going to report on BBB and facebook these videos everywhere....chick fil a owes me food and they just called police on us like we are thieves ..... I have all videos and receipts to prove everything!!!!
