- GSGenesis Sanchez5 days ago1.0Today on May 15, 2026 at 12:18PM, the worker at the drive through named Honey was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude, we asked for a menu and she rolled her eyes as if she were annoyed and didn’t even direct us to the next order taker, she just told her coworker “you take the order, they want a menu”. This is not how customer service should be and I believe that Honey should not be taking orders at all.

In my order sauces, straws, or forks are almost always forgotten. I order a meal and the worker accidentally puts it in as an entree. Double-checking and reading back the customers meal might take longer but it would save from the negative experience. The waffle fries at this location are also always inconsistent, sometimes they are soggy or crispy. You never know what you can expect.
