Instead I stood behind a few customers who were looking confused apparently at 9 o'clock in the morning they were being told there is no coffee and that they couldn't get any... Because there was none .... That's weird no coffee for morning shift any who.... As the cashier disappeared and left the 2 guys standing there ...there were 3 other workers up front not bothering to greet anyone... And having a full conversation out loud about something other than work... And one worker was standing there mean mugging everybody...especially the shift manager in the red checkered shirt I watched her stand there with her hands in her pockets look him up n down several times looking like she hates him and her job.... Another customer walks up and says excuse me and raises his arm out with his phone in his hand to pick up an order the girl mean mugging the world walks right past him doesn't acknowledge him goes to take somebody their food at the table and walks past him again and then he looks over at me n drips his arm n takes a deep sigh I just shook my head..nobody saying may I help u as other customers are coming in nobody is greeting them either... Finally as it's my turn to have my order taken the young lady at the register I says to her um excuse me who is your manager as I ask that 3 people come from the back and go to the other people that were talking about not work and started talking too she said Benny I said Benny and then he turns around as I say his name I said this is how u run your shift... Nobody's being greeted folks making ugly faces up here making ugly faces at employees and customers me and other customers are watching this happen he stands there with his mouth open looking lost like his crew is... And says u calling my crew ugly I said no I'm saying their making ugly mean faces and not doing their job and neither are u ..your not doing a good job running your shift ...I will be complaining on how y'all treat customers here..... He says well then we won't be taking your order and you can leave I said that will not stope from making my complaint because before I got here I was happy with a smile I walked in it's like a funeral ..nobody greeting nobody people talking instead of talking to customers the shift is not being run well at all I am a GM and have been at several restaurants and this is unacceptable... So instead of correcting himself and his employees he in turns takes his lack of management and lack of my pleasure and customers first n send me out the door which is fine because I am now sitting in a better chic fa le right now typing this.... And was greeted here with smiles and my pleasure at this one... I want someone from higher up to contacte this is unacceptable Benny needs training and cameras should be reviewed

I love that there is a mobile order line that allows you to skip past those needing to place an order, but it's only effective if you can access that potion ofbthe drive-thru. Their parking lot is a disaster w the setup, so they stsrted this new thing where they put these barriers up to separate the parking from the drive-thru. It extends all the way back to just inside the parking lot so unless you've been through it before you don't know which would to go. If you go to the right, you are stuck in the drive-thru (they have the exit opening to the right blocked off). This takes away the option to change pick-up methods whoch is one thing I love about the app in case the option is chose is too busy once I get to the restaurant. Then, for the mobile order in the drive-thru, you have to be nearly to where you would place an order to access the mobile line. This means, you still sit in line even w a mobile order which defeats the purpose!! The food at this location is always fresh and of course their employees are always great, so that's a plus. The sweet tea though, that needs improvement- this is all locations. It's been very light on the tea taste, so more like sweetened water.
