  I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. The cashier was courteous and asked me to pull up and that they would bring out the order. Though I received a sandwich that was not fresh or hot, the bread was stiff as if it had been sitting and the temperature was off. I don't understand having to wait for food that's already done. I can see if it's fresh off the broiler, grill, or fryer, but this was disappointing.

  I stopped by Arby’s the other day and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The young man who helped me, Tavey, was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He helped get my food out to me quickly and made sure my order was correct. It’s not often you see that level of professionalism anymore. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Because of his customer service alone, I’ll definitely be coming back. 5 stars all the way.

  At the drive through, I ordered an unsweetened Iced Tea and received a tea that was practically syrup. I went inside to asked for unsweetened tea and was informed that they did not have any at all. Instead of telling me at the window, they intended to hand it off with the hope that I wouldn't learn of this until too late. I have been to two different Arby's in the past month, what is up with their broken fries and bits? Still edible, just a nuisance to eat a bag of crumbled fries, while driving. My brisket sandwich was ON POINT!
