  Gotta give Domino’s their flowers as I’m sure not too many leave a review when things go right. This was my go to store for a period of time and I’ve almost always had a great experience. Generally I’ll pick up my food but the occasional delivery will take quite some time to be delivered. This is usually met with a coupon as a way of saying sorry so no complaints there. Want it faster go pick it up. I always order my own pizzas well done as I like them super crunchy. Tie this in with their deals and it’s a match made in heaven for me. Where else are you getting a pizza with so many toppings (5-7 at one point) for only $10. I appreciate the sauce not being overly applied to the pizza and that all of my pan pizzas were fully cooked despite having so many toppings. The bread bites were usually either free or only $3. You can’t even buy a loaf of name brand bread for $3. Sign up for those rewards people.

  Initially, the estimated delivery time was 14-29 minutes, which seemed acceptable. However, the tracker was unavailable, prompting me to contact the store, as the online status indicated that my order was still in preparation. After explaining the situation, the representative attributed the delay to a shortage of drivers and assured me that my order would be dispatched within ten minutes. Following a 40-minute wait, I contacted the store again and was provided with a different explanation by another representative. The customer service was subpar. I inquired about the number of deliveries the driver had, aside from mine, and was placed on hold for an additional 15 minutes. While still on hold, the pizza arrived, cold and uncut. This experience was disappointing.

  This place is horrible , no care in the world . My kids birthday not from the area and order pizza to get delivered to the party . No one showed up . And the driver rudely said they pull up and left & I could either pick it up and not get my delivery fee refunded or cancel the order which is not going to give me my money back within 60 days . HONESTLY ALL THE DOMINOS SERVICES SUCK AND ITS TIME TO GET RID OF THEM

  I am a regular customer and typically order from Domino’s at least once a week from my local store. However, this time I had to pick up my order from a different location, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Both pizzas were supposed to be made with hand-tossed dough, but what I received was incredibly thin—far from what I expected. In fact, the crust was so thin that it did not resemble hand-tossed pizza at all. Additionally, both pizzas were torn, likely because they had stuck to the pan during preparation. On top of that, I paid for extra toppings on both pizzas, which were clearly not included as ordered. Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from Domino’s. This experience has left me very disappointed, and it will definitely affect my decision to order again in the future.
