  Burger was alright but missing the bacon, milkshake was basically just banana flavored milk, service was pretty trash they cut me off multiple times to yell to each other after they took forever to get to me when no one else was at the place, and they take forever to make the food, all together dont waste your time none of it was worth the $19

  First, my burger was made incorrectly. They took it back, which is against health code, and remade it, but it still didn't have mayo. The burger had no flavor, and I only ate a few bites. The first burger had plenty of mushrooms, but the remake had much fewer, showing no consistency at all. The fries were soggy and completely unseasoned. When I complained, the older tall gentleman told me it was because the food had been sitting for an hour, which wasn't true—it had been maybe 10 minutes at most. I asked for a refund, and he refused. Instead, he tried to remake the meal again, but by that point I was ready to leave. He argued with me and insisted he couldn't give a refund. Terrible customer service, poor food quality, and zero consistency. I definitely won't be returning.

  The atmosphere and the vibe that hits the first time you see the place is one of expectation. Expectation that won’t be fulfilled. I ordered a bourbon double cheeseburger with soda and fries. Waiting time was decent. Flavor wise, mmm… like a robitussin. Literally. Fries were meh, no salt in it. The owner need to reinvent his business. Otherwise, Don’t invest your time and money here.

  The burger wasn't anything special it was pretty good. They messed up on the first order and took another 7 minutes to make a new burger but while they were making the new burger they didn't make a fresh batch of fries so they left my fries sitting out. When I got the fries back they were lukewarm no seasoning or anything. They taste like regular Frozen $2.50 french fries not impressed I won't be back to this restaurant for the price you would have gotten a better meal at Five Guys

  Writing this almost a week late ahhhlalala. Food was super yummy for a mall restaurant, especially if you love heavy, filling, and very messy food (it will be DROWNED in sauce or cheese) Def worth my money. BUT!!!!! The main reason I wanted to write this was to give a huge compliment to Stella I believe her name was on the register? By far the kindest and most engaging employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with in the food court. She had something nice to say to each of my friends in line including myself, even off the register, catching me I was walking around 💕 Honestly a passed vibe check for the whole staff, my buddy told me when he went back up there for his fries, the guy showed off his pokemon binder LOL Always bet on wayback burger for lunch dude, so underrated
