Came to this Taco Bell at around 10:45pm on a Saturday, July 25th, 2026. The guy who took my order and handed food out was named Sean Kaylen (or at least that’s what my receipt said). This little boy was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at this Taco Bell. Sure, everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but this person was so rude to me and my friend in the drive thru and his attitude towards us irritated me so badly that this review feels very necessary.
First and foremost, when he originally handed us our bag of food he thrust the bag out of the drive thru window and then slammed the window closed without handing us our drinks. I then waited for a minute or so before he opened the window again and didn’t say anything to me just looked at me like I was crazy and raised his eyebrows at me like what did I want? and then I said “can I get my drinks?” He then proceeded to give us our drinks and again said nothing to us, he just slammed the window closed again. We then drove up and parked and checked the bag to make sure everything was in there, and we were missing the fries and the nacho cheese DLT that was supposed to come with the chicken bacon burrito combo. I drove back through the drive thru and told him that we had just come through and we were missing a few things. He then told us to drive up, and then once again we were greeted by this kid asking “what were you missing?” I told him. He then asked “can I see your receipt?” I gave it to him. He then came back and few moments later with a small bag containing just the missing fries. Again the same routine, thrusting the bag out of the window like we were an inconvenience to him because we came back through asking for the things we ordered. I took the bag, looked inside, saw we were still missing the DLT and waited a few more moments before he came back to the window, looking more annoyed than ever and said “what?” I then told him we were still missing the DLT. Window slams. Moments pass. Window is thrown open and another small bag is almost shoved into my hands containing the final missing piece of the order, and of course he says nothing to us at all and just slams the window closed again. Not sure what is wrong with this dude, it’s possible he may be unable to pick up on social cues or it’s possible that he was having a hard time reading the words in front of him on the screen and receipt but whatever it was his dismissive attitude towards us felt really out of place considering that the only reason we had to come back at all was because he made a mistake fulfilling our order correctly not once, not twice, but three times. If you had just gotten it correct the first time bud you won’t have had to deal with us again! I’m fairly certain that this interaction doesn’t accurately reflect how Taco Bell trains their employees to do business, at least I hope not. Is it too much to ask for the little boy in the drive thru to just not be a jerk to people and at least make an attempt to put an order together accurately?? Smh
