  They closed their dinning room floor 2 hours early and then it took them 10-15 minutes to answer the mic when the store wasn’t busy at all.

  This location has the absolute worst service. The drive through takes an excessively long time, the workers are rude …& even when you order a large combo meal, it includes no sauce - they may you may extra for even the initial sauce. AND THEN THE ORDER & SAUCE IN THE BAG IS STILL WRONG.

  Ordered two large fountain drinks in mobile app. Sat in the stall after checking in for 15 minutes before my boyfriend decided we waited long enough for drinks and went inside to complain. No one was in drive thru so not like the restaurant was busy at all. This is the second time I’ve ordered thru app and no one would bring out the food. Employees are lazy. Won’t be back a 3rd time. Deleted app and spending my money somewhere else. Not to mention went inside to get drinks and waited another 10 minutes so 25 minutes for fountain drinks. It should take 3 minute.

  I had to go get a late night meal tonight after working all day and getting off late. Its was about 1 in the morning. The lady in the drive thru speaker sounded angry and was sort of rude when asking out order. I almost fel like she was fussing at me because she paused for a long time to confirm anything through the speaker and then when she came back on she was still talking to me with a bad attitude in her voice. It really made me not get anything. I understand it can get hectic sometimes but you still have a responsibility to remain professional. I really hope she can get it together in the near future.
