  I'm shocked that the rating for this store isn't higher. I've been here many times for doordash and as a customer and my experience has always been great. Not to mention that this location actually has a lobby that you can dine in which is exclusive in our area. Maybe the consumers are the problem not the business. Thank you and stay blessed. Ps. That skating rink idea I suggested to he should definitely be looked into 🤑🙏♒ The drink machine wasn't working in the lobby but hey no business is perfect right? Lol

  Placed a mobile order that "disappeared" so I told them my order through the window, and they still got it wrong. Got no hot dog meals like I had ordered and the slushies were unavailable as well. The girl at the window had no clue what she was doing. The only way you "lose" and order is if you checked it off the order screen as completed. So not only did I arrive home with the wrong order, and wrong type of food, I had no drinks to go with it. Thanks Sonic, will not be back again

  That girl that makes the drinks is TERRIBLE. I wish I knew her name, but she knows who she is. I know she cancelled my DoorDash order and a girl just wanted a glizzy. I had to place a NEW ORDER and was suffering from glizzy withdrawal ALL night until the second order was placed and completed. Oscar is a 10/10 and Sonic should promote him to the glizzy master maker! Yes, I take my glizzy's seriously and I don't play around. This needs to be addressed as this branch is losing a valued customer from this situation.

  The food was good, but it took some back and forth for them to get my order right. They did eventually and it was tasty. I was surprised by how expensive it was but that's how things are these days. Might be good to download the app or find some coupons. Getting out of the parking lot is a little tricky because the roads around are busy, but the location is really convenient, so that's a fair trade off.

  Went there lastnight cause I was hungry of course and felt so uncomfortable it's a white woman that's always there overnight she gives a very annoyed vibe makes you not wanna purchase anything . I went to order a classic burger she told me it would be 5-6 as if it was too such to do then I got the burger and when she gave it to me she had the same rude demeanor which was very much so unpleasant and then to eat the burger and it wasn't good was even more disappointing. You all should consider having a conversation with her about her customer service cause it sicks
