  i usually have good experiences with this sonic , but this one in particular was something that i HAD to make a review about. i got a sundae w/ reese’s cups. when i received it, no reese’s cup. “this has no reese’s cups in it” i say then she has the BIGGEST attitude. then my dad orders a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. guess what? no cheesecake.my dad even asked if this was strawberry cheesecake and she said yes because she’s too lazy to remake it. new hires are just god awful. please fire her

  The new smash burgers are very good. They have made us a regular customer. They are cooked very well with a crispy edge. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. I am hoping they stay on the menu. I ordered a foot long chili dog just to try. The chili and bun were nice but the hotdog itself seemed under cooked. Like it was just warmed up. The Smash burgers are the star of the menu.

  First time I’ve eaten at sonic in Newport News on Jefferson Avenue in the Denbigh section, I ordered three piece chicken tender, tater tots and a drink, cost a little over $10 and I could not eat any of it. It was disgusting the oil taste like it hadn’t been changed in years. I had to throw it in the trash, the most horrible fast food I’ve ever tasted in my life.

  The lady working night shifts is rude and lies to your customers telling them the system is down for an hour and then when you come back to pick up says it again obviously doing this over and over again (not the first time it's happened to me and obviously from the reports here it happens a lot) so she doesn't have to do anything well working. I then proceeded to watch them reboot the system and turn it back on. I made an online order already paid for it and then as the "manager" says she can't do anything to help me or refund me. Will no longer be going to this location and I highly recommend nobody else does either well night shift is occuring. Her attitude was enraging and it seems like she could care less about the sonic customers spending their money with you. If you can't treat people with respect you shouldn't be working in customer service or with the public at all let alone being put in a manager position, do better. An add on to this review on the positive side the gentleman that helped me resolve this problem was absolutely amazing he was extremely helpful and respectful in every way possible I highly appreciated his help.
