  I placed an order and was given an estimated delivery time of about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my order arrived approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes after it was placed—about 35 minutes beyond the estimated timeframe. I understand that Friday nights can be busy, but the restaurant is only about 6 minutes from my home, making the delay especially frustrating. My concern is not simply the wait, but the inaccurate delivery estimate. If the actual wait is likely to be significantly longer, customers should be given a more realistic timeframe rather than a specific estimate that cannot be met. For example, providing a broader but more accurate window based on current order volume would better manage expectations and reduce customer frustration. Had I known the order would take this long, I would have requested a refund rather than continue waiting. I hope Papa John’s will consider improving its delivery estimates and communication to provide customers with more accurate expectations.

  The young lady with the red ponytail can't possibly be what Todd sees for his franchise. She was more concerned about a smoke break than making the company money. She stated there was no order under my name. Didn't ask what my phone number was, how i placed the order, or even ask what i had ordered. NOTHING. she just said we dont have it. I contacted my daughter . and yes my order was THERE on the rack. Just UNPROFESSIONAL. The pizza looked a mess. Meat Sauce cheese a hot mess. As many other reviews state, I had to re- cut when I arrived home. Quality has had a huge decline. CLOSE THIS STORE!

  I haven't had Papa Johns for a few years but I remember the pizza used to be good. I received a mailer with coupons, and bought a large pizza at menu price and got a large 1 topping for free. The pizzas get 1 star! Neither had enough sauce nor tasted good. I don't know of they skimped because it was a coupon or if this is how they make all of their pizzas now. Either way, I won't be ordering again. (Tip for any business who's trying to gain customers with coupons. Give your best product! Technically, you should always be serving your BEST....that's how you keep and gain customers.) I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was nice and the place was clean. These were the worst pizzas I've had in a long time.
