  Mc chickens were chewy and sloppily made very little communication at the pay window or the food window.Basically holding out the hand to take the credit card and holding the food out the window to give it to you , not impressed

  So slow... sitting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes is not fun. There is a curb blocking the drive-thru off from the rest of the parking lot, so you can't even leave if you decide to give up or go inside/do curbside

  The worst lunch experience. 2 different kinds of music playing, the loud boom box blasting music so loud behind the counter that the cashier can't hear your order. I was not the only one to complain. My order was wrong and when I asked them to fix it I got a dirty look. The place was dirty all around. So sad because it use to be a good one. Instead of being May 1st at lunch time it felt like April 1st because the joke was on us picking to stop here.

  I ordered McDouble Meal deal by App. After 20 minutes waiting at the counter, the shift manager, Carlos, gave me only the hamburger and chicken nuggets. He said that the drink and fries are nit included. When I showed him the online invoice, he took the hamburger and nuggets away too. I got robbed. I already paid by credit card, and the App doesn't take cancel.

  The only thing I can say is it smells like roaches and they haven't replaced the soap dispenser in the men's room in over a month and a half. I know, I've checked numerous times. For the longest time to set dispenser was just hanging open letting it known that it was empty. Stopped by tonight to use the bathroom and they closed it but it was still empty. I'm never eating here again and I would advise others to do the same. I'm a construction worker the hand soap gets replaced in the porta johns on a regular basis.
