- TBThe Badger2 days ago1.0I'm still waiting for my food. It's been 12 minutes. I even ordered ahead on the app. I got so bored I read the reviews. Never coming here again. This is pathetic. I've played a video game. Read reviews, checked out my Facebook and im writing a review and nothing... apparently management don't care because if they did then they would properly address the reviews. Ill be also calling corporate on this one. Stalled.... waited a few more minutes. Still nothing.... if this McDonalds got any faster they might actually pass a snail... I could have written an entire college thesis before getting any food. Still waiting.... 30 min later. I went and called corporate. Demanded refund. Over 30 min wait. I saw 3 carts park in pivk up and her their stuff. All u ordered was a triple cheeseburger fries and a sweet tea. Avoid this place like the plaque.

So I guess this is the only way I can express my feelings. Late this morning, I placed my order for a Mocha Frappe’…. but when the young man at the window double checked with me concerning my order - - - I should have known that something was amiss. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN A YEAR that they have given me a Caramel Frappe’. On both occasions, I did not realize the mistake until I was out on Warwick Blvd. BOTTOM LINE: It is not ethical to switch out a person’s order. I specifically ordered a Mocha Frappe’. The worker at the window verified my request (passed on the message to the preparer)….. and that person who prepared it, gave me a drink that I DID NOT ORDER!!! Thank you…. I’m not feeling well because of the caramel! DID YOU EVER CONSIDER CUSTOMERS WHO MAY HAVE ALLERGIES OR MAY HAVE AN INTOLERANCE TO CERTAIN INGREDIENTS, ETC.???? I think I’ll start giving my business to a different McDonald’s!!!
